AOD — Refund & Returns Policy

At AOD (Art of Discipline), we build gear for serious training. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or signs of wear
• With all original tags and packaging intact

Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [Info@aod-egypt.com] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and ship it back to us.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AOD is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved returns can be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit — your choice.
• Refunds to original payment methods may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Store credit is issued instantly via a discount code for the full value of the returned item(s).

Exchanges

Want a different size or colorway instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return, and we'll process an exchange once the original item is received and inspected (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, AOD will cover return shipping and you'll receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn't already shipped. After this window, standard return terms apply.
