AOD — Shipping Policy

We ship your gear with the same discipline we put into making it. Here's what to expect.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Cairo & Giza: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Processing time is separate from delivery time — it's how long it takes us to prepare and hand off your order to the courier.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Other governorates: [Insert estimate — e.g. 3–5 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g. drop launches).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. The final cost will be shown before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.

Payment on Delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via [email  / WhatsApp ]. You can use this to follow your order's progress until it arrives.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AOD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [support@aod-egypt.coml] — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Delays Beyond Our Control

AOD is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, customs (where applicable), natural events, or other circumstances outside our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
